For me, creating original artwork with no pre-conceived ideas or guidelines provides freedom artistically and encourages the process to take place naturally. I love taking my camera with me on adventures around my home on Phillip Island and capturing inspiration continuously. Whether it be colour combinations, shapes and forms, or people living in the moment, I sometimes use these photographs as reference in my work. Within my artworks I am drawn to use a range of colours, with each piece embodying a different feel and emotion.
